hbh99 FAQ — answers to all your questions

If a match is officially declared abandoned (no result) due to rain or any other reason, single bets on that match are generally voided and the stake is refunded. In accumulator bets covering multiple events, the abandoned match is typically treated as 1.0 odds. Specific rules can be found on our terms and conditions page.

Yes, hbh99 offers live in-play betting. You can place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. It is a great way to make instant decisions by watching over-by-over scores, wickets, and momentum. Odds change quickly in live betting, so staying focused is important.

The most popular markets in cricket betting are: match winner (which team will win), toss winner, total runs (over/under), top batsman, method of first wicket, and innings scores. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match, the match winner and total runs markets attract the most bets.

Reading decimal odds is straightforward. Multiply your stake by the odds figure to get your potential total return. Example: odds of 2.50 and a stake of ৳100 gives a total return of ৳250 (meaning a profit of ৳150 on top of the original stake). Odds of 1.00 mean no profit, which is used for voided bets.

In baccarat you place a bet on one of three outcomes — Player wins, Banker wins, or Tie. Each hand is valued from 0 to 9; 10s and face cards are worth zero, and aces are worth one. The hand closest to 9 wins. The Banker bet is popular because its house edge is relatively low.

"Even money" bets in roulette — such as red/black, odd/even, or 1–18/19–36 — carry the lowest risk because they offer close to a 50% chance of winning. A straight-up bet on a single number pays the most but has a lower chance of winning. New players who start with even money bets will get a feel for the pace of the game.

In most slot games, free spins are activated when you land a certain number of scatter symbols (usually 3 or more) in a single spin. The reels spin during free spins at no extra cost, and multipliers or special features may be added. Each game has its own free spin rules, which are detailed in the game's paytable.

Many slot games offer a demo or fun mode where you can try out the game's features and mechanics using virtual credits without risking real money. It is a good way to learn new games and develop strategies. However, winnings from demo mode are not added to your real account.

When choosing a slot, first check the game's minimum bet — pick a game with a lower minimum bet if you are on a tight budget. Low volatility slots award smaller prizes more frequently, which helps stretch a limited budget over more play time. High volatility slots offer the chance of larger prizes but there can be longer gaps between wins.

RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term mathematical return of a slot — that is, over an extended period of play, the average amount expected to be returned as prizes for every ৳100 wagered on a game. It is a theoretical average, so your results in any single session can be much higher or lower than this figure. Understanding RTP helps you make more informed decisions about a game's characteristics.

The slot games at hbh99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every spin completely random and independent of previous spins. Reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI regularly confirm the fairness of their games through third-party audits.
