Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found to have been created by the same person, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hbh99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
3.2 Deposit Process
Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes. Occasional delays may occur due to technical or payment gateway issues.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used to make the deposit.
3.4 Verification
hbh99 may request relevant documents for identity verification before processing any withdrawal. We reserve the right to hold a withdrawal if the verification process is incomplete.
3.5 Refusal of Payment
If fraud, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity is suspected, hbh99 may reject a withdrawal and place the account under investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000, applies at hbh99. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- A bonus may only be claimed once — you may not create multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- hbh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Validity of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of technical error. hbh99 reserves the right to cancel affected bets in the event of a technical error, and the original stake of the relevant bet will be refunded.
5.2 Game Results
All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). hbh99 is committed to ensuring fair play. Any objection to a game result must be reported to the support team within the specified time limit.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Any form of manipulation, fraud, or deceptive activity.
- Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
- Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug.
- Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds.
- Placing bets on behalf of or using funds from a third party.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Bets
Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the interface. hbh99 may change these limits at any time.
VIP Program
The hbh99 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes weekly cashback and other benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

- Violation of any provision of the Terms.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any bonuses and associated winnings in the account may be forfeited.
